One Casa Express listing covers one property and includes up to 25 enhanced photos, a listing description in English with an optional second language, and social media posts in four sizes — 1:1, 4:5, 4:3, and 9:16. You review the results and can edit the description before you download. On a paid plan, extra photos beyond 25 are CAD $2 each.

Casa Express gives every new account one free trial listing, and no credit card is required. The first three photos come back without a watermark and download at web quality. Casa Express also tries to enhance the remaining photos as watermarked previews you can view but not download; any it does not finish stay blurred. The trial includes the English description only. Unlocking the listing costs CAD $39.

Paid Casa Express downloads are never watermarked. On the free trial listing, the first three enhanced photos have no watermark and download at web quality; the remaining photos are view-only — watermarked previews where Casa Express finished them, otherwise blurred — and cannot be downloaded. Unlocking the listing for CAD $39 removes the watermarks and gives you your enhanced photos at full quality. Social media posts are built from your unwatermarked photos.

Every Casa Express listing includes social media posts in four sizes: 1:1 (1080×1080), 4:5 (1080×1350), 4:3 (1440×1080), and 9:16 (1080×1920). Each size comes in three design styles, and you download them as PNG files. Casa Express creates downloadable designs but does not automatically publish them to social media platforms — you post them yourself.

Casa Express corrects lighting, colour, and window detail on the photos you upload, and applies privacy blurring to faces and licence plates it detects. Reflections of the photographer or camera in mirrors and windows are removed on every photo. Two further edits are optional and off unless you switch them on for a listing: replacing gray skies and greening up patchy lawns. Casa Express does not add or remove furniture or fabricate rooms. Some listing platforms ask you to disclose digitally edited photos.

You can buy an additional listing at your plan's rate: CAD $33 each on the 3 Listings plan and CAD $29 each on the Team plan. Casa Express never upgrades your plan automatically — when you reach your monthly limit, the dashboard offers the extra listing at that price and you pay before it is processed. You can also change plans in billing settings; a change applies to your remaining allowance for the current month.

No — unused Casa Express listings do not roll over. Your monthly allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month: 3 listings on the 3 Listings plan and 8 on the Team plan. A listing you never process is not carried into the next month and is not refunded. Single Listing purchases work differently — they have no monthly reset and stay available until you use one.

A Casa Express listing is counted when processing starts, not when you create a draft, so drafts never use an allowance. If enhancement fails on a photo, Casa Express marks that photo and you can retry it at no extra charge — a retry never uses a second listing. Because the listing is counted from the moment processing starts, a failed run stays on that same listing rather than being credited back.

Choose Single Listing at CAD $39 if you list occasionally — it is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no expiry date. Choose 3 Listings at CAD $99 per month if you publish about three properties a month, which works out to about $33 per listing. Choose Team at CAD $229 per month for eight listings, about $29 each. Every plan produces the same output; plans differ in how many listings you get each month and what an extra listing costs.

Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time, and under the Casa Express Terms your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Casa Express subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. All purchases are non-refundable, and unused listings are not refunded or carried over — your monthly allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month.

Every Casa Express listing description is written in English. You can optionally add one second language per listing — Chinese, Spanish, French, or Korean — chosen before processing starts; the default is English only. The second language is part of a paid listing, so free trial listings include the English description only. Casa Express drafts the text and you edit it in your dashboard before you publish anything.
